Adele Albrecht, 86 passed away peacefully on April 28th, 2018 at High Gate Senior Living in Billings, Montana. Adele was born in Teosin, Poland on May 10th, 1931. She moved to the Unites States from Germany in 1961 with her husband Paul and young daughter, Marion. They settled in Illinois, where their son Dirk was born. Adele and Paul retired in Oakland, Arkansas, in 1993, where they built their dream home. Adele enjoyed tending to her flower gardens and cooking great German meals for her family. She was a wonderful host in her beautiful home and will be missed by so many. After her husband’s passing in 2013, she went to live at Good Samaritan Society in Mountain Home, Arkansas, where she stayed until she moved to Billings, Montana in December 2015 to be closer to her daughter and grandchildren.
Adele was preceded in death by her husband Paul and brothers Otto, Wilhelm, Robert and Heinrich.
Adele’s legacy lives on through her sisters Trudy (Joe), Margaret (Hans) and Emmy. Her children; Marion and Dirk (Aimee). Grandchildren; Shayla (Tim), Sarah and Joshua and great grandchildren; Grace, Laila and Sophia.
There will be a Celebration of Life at Christ by the Lake Lutheran Church in Bull Shoals, Arkansas, on Saturday, July 28, 2018 at 2:00 pm with Pastor Sherman Gordius officiating. Prior to the service, a luncheon will be held at the church.
Inurnment will be at Kirby's Tucker Memorial Mausoleum, Mountain Home, Arkansas.
