Kirby's Tucker Memorial Cemetery
Your Loved One Never Leaves Our Care
Cremations by Kirby and Family are performed at our private on-site location and overseen by Certified Crematory Operator, Donald Gray. Even though all funeral homes advertise cremation services, most people are surprised to learn that the cremation process itself is subcontracted out to third parties in unknown distant locations. We think it is important that you know the difference between cremation and on-site cremation. If you have questions or would like more information regarding cremation or burial services, please call on us.
1. Whose Ashes Am I Getting Back?
There's a difference between cremation and on-site cremation. Kirby and Family has owned and operated their own crematory for over 25 years. Your loved one never leaves our care. A licensed funeral director is always in charge.
2. There Must Be A Completed Death Certificate.
State law requires that a death certificate be completed by the Certified (doctor, hospice nurse, coroner, etc.) before cremation can occur.
3. A Simple Gathering Can Help Families Heal.
Kirby and Family can help you design a simple service that can truly benefit your family. We have several plans designed to meet the needs of your family and friends while saving you money.
4. Beware of Hidden Charges.
Some funeral homes advertise low price, but tack on extra fees. Call us first and we'll give you a list of questions to ask other funeral homes.
5. At Kirby and Family, year in and year out, families surveyed have consistently rated our services as Excellent. Only Kirby and Family makes a 100% satisfaction money back guarantee.
Please note, we do not do cremations for other funeral homes.
