Memorial services for Leroy E. Weege of Mountain Home, Arkansas, will be 11:00 A.M. Thursday, March 11, 2010 at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel, with Pastor Carl Cook officiating.

Leroy died Sunday, March 7, 2010 in Mountain Home, AR, at the age of 95. He was born in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, the son of Arthur and Pearl Flint Weege. He married Lois Newkirk on September 23, 1939 at Dubuque, Iowa and worked as a saw man. Leroy lived in Mountain Home, Arkansas since 1975 moving from Cudahy, WI . He was a member of the Fellowship Cumberland Presbyterian Church. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, bowling and square dancing. He loved coin collecting and traveling.

Leroy Weege is survived by his son, Dale (Sandy) Weege of Glendale, AZ; daughter, Sharon Drewa of Mountain Home, AR; grandchildren, Kevin Drewa of Mountain Home, AR, Kerry (James) Hopp of College Station, TX, Michael (Robbin) Weege of Bakersfield, CA; great-grandchildren, Ryan Drewa of Mountain Home, AR, Stacy Drewa of Milwaukee, WI, Taylor, Kate and Jamie Hopp of MN and sister, Vivian Winter of Prentice, WI;

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, 3 brothers, Clifford, Albert and Clyde Weege and 1 sister, Gertrude Roe.

Burial will be in the Kirby's Tucker Memorial Mausoleum, Mountain Home, Arkansas.
