Steven passed away May 25, 2016, in Peoria, Illinois, at the age of 69. He was born January 6, 1947, in Peoria, Illinois, the son of William and Margaret Bunch Lipscomb. Steven was a U.S. Navy and Marine veteran. Steven enjoyed being with family, working with his hands, and was an avid animal lover. He had a wealth of knowledge from a passion of reading books and could make anything out of wood that you asked for. He was nothing but, a caring and loving man that will be dearly missed.
Steven is survived by siblings,nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
