Michael passed away May 20, 2018, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 71. He was born December 17, 1946, in Elmhurst, Illinois, the son of Clarence and Dorothy Hawkins Frank. He was married to Tom Frank and was a florist for the Queen Elizabeth II.
Michael is survived by his two brothers, Brad Frank of Theodosia, MO, and Terry (Pam) Frank of Kingsley, MI.
He was preceded in death by his parents and husband.
