Marcella “Sally” Ann Spencer of Lakeview, AR, passed away peacefully at her home Thursday, April 17, 2014 at the age of 76. Services will be private.
Sally was born August 21, 1937 at Cold Spring, MN to Leo and Ann Thomas Gill. She married Elwin “Bud” Spencer at Sioux Fall, SD on October 4, 1974. Sally was a successful businesswoman owning her own ice cream store, Spencer’s Ice Cream and working long hours to build her business. She touched many lives over the years. Sally was an active volunteer in her communities and a member of the Lion’s Club.
Sally is survived by her husband Elwin “Bud” Spencer of Lakeview, AR; step-children, Scot Spencer (JoAnne) of Kady, TX and Eugene “Tony” Spencer of Long Beach, CA and three grandchildren.
