Lawrence "Larry" Stephen Harrell

Services will be private for Lawrence "Larry" Stephen Harrell of Lakeview, Arkansas. Larry passed away May 3, 2017, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 68. He was born March 3, 1949, in Norfolk, Virginia, the son of Judson and Lucinda McMullin Harrell. He married Vicki Stoner on March 16, 2013, and worked as a Valve Technician Engineer in Nuclear Power Plants. Lawrence lived in Lakeview since 2002. He enjoyed canoeing, camping and reading books. He was an avid history buff and passionate about bird watching.
Lawrence is survived by his wife, Vicki Harrell of Lakeview, AR; son, Timothy Scott (Melissa) Harrell of NC; granddaughters, Taylor and McKenzie Harrell of NC; stepsons, Brian and Kenny Turner of MI; step-grandchildren, Brendan, Breanna, Kenny, Michelle, Allie Turner and Samantha Fowler; sisters, Patricia Harrell and Mary Amos of VA; and brother, Judson Harrell of TX.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, one sister and one step-son.
Arrangements are by Kirby and Family Funeral and Cremation Services.
