A Memorial Service for Joseph D. Weis, 86, of Lakeview, AR will be 2PM Sunday November 2, 2014 at Kirby & Family Funeral Home in Bull Shoals, AR. Joseph died October 14, 2014, at Pine Lane Nursing Center in Mountain Home, AR.
Joe was born April 1, 1928, to Frank and Adeline Kirckhofer Weis. He married Mary Lou Brantley January 4, 1969. Joe worked as an investment officer in the banking industry before retiring. He loved to hunt and fish. Joe was a member of the Catholic Church.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Lou Weis of the home; daughter, Chris Ross (Jack) of Bull Shoals, AR; granddaughter, Katie Wagner (Dan) of St. Louis, MO and great-grandson, Luke; sister, Laverne Faulkenberry and niece, Greta Armbruster. His parents, one brother and one sister preceded him in death.
