Jimmy Wayne Mincey passed away June 18, 2018, in Norfork, Arkansas at the age of 76. He was born May 30, 1942, in Whiteville, North Carolina, the son of UT and Mildred Long Mincey. He married Nancy on July 3, 1990, in Arkansas. Jimmy was a U.S. Navy veteran of the Vietnam War.
Jimmy is survived by his wife, Nancy Mincey of Norfork, AR; three daughters, Jamie Elizabeth Mincey of Farmington, MO, Jessica Ann Kousha of Wilmington, NC, and Jody Carol Mincey of Los Banos, CA; seven grandchildren; and sister, Patricia Ann Strickland of North Carolina.
He was preceded in death by his parents and son, Jimmy Walter Mincey.
