Dean passed away December 17, 2014, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 83. He was born June 19, 1931, in Nebraska, the son of Edward and Bernice Murphy Wallace. He married Joyce Murwin in 1996, at Mountain Home, Arkansas and worked as a diesel mechanic. Dean was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War and lived in Clarkridge since 2000, moving from Mena, Arkansas. He was a member of the Clarkridge Baptist Church. Dean loved woodworking, bowling and spending time with his family.
Dean is survived by his wife, Joyce Wallace of Clarkridge, AR;two daughters, Beverly (Larry) Cook of Albertville, AL and Barbara (Art) Wallace Halcomb of Riverside, CA; son, Edward (Debbie) Wallace of Rocklin, CA; step-son, Charles (Virginia) Manwarren of Clarkridge, AR; sister, Gwenn Tobin of Washington; twelve grandchildren, Amanda and Benjamin Wallace, Chaz Caughell, Terrace and Christopher Morlay, Danny Cook, Angelia Bledsoe, Robert and Kevin Cook and Dustin, Zachary and Bradley Manwarren; 18 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Melvin Wallace and infant daughter.
