Charles passed away September 20, 2015, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 78. He was born September 15, 1937, in Melrose Park, Illinois, the son of Benidito and Rosario Plumeri Fulco. He married Joyce Stanford in 1965, at Melrose Park, Illinois and was a Construction Worker for a Utility Company. Charles was a U.S. Army veteran. Charles lived in Mountain Home since 2005, moving from Sycamore, Illinois. He enjoyed riding horses and building and flying model airplanes.
Charles is survived by his wife, Joyce Fulco of Mountain Home, AR; son, Charles E. (Alice) Fulco of Geneva, IL; daughter, Christine M. (Robert) Neal of Mountain Home, AR; son, Joseph (Amy) Fulco of Flagler Beach, FL; four grandchildren, Charles, Ashley, Blaise and Madeline; brother, Joseph Fulco of Mountain Home, AR; brother, Michael (Patty) Fulco of Shabbona, IL; sister, Annette Howard of Norridge, IL and brother, Marty Fulco of Bensenville, IL.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
