Billy passed away October 22, 2014, in Mountain Home, Arkansas. He was born March 27, 1935, in Mountain Home, the son of Issac and Verna Studdard Watts. He married Martha Kover on March 11, 1988, at Mountain Home and worked as a truck driver for 48 years. Billy was a lifetime resident of Mountain Home.
Billy is survived by his wife, Martha Watts of Mountain Home, AR; three sons, Terry (Sherrie) Watts of Drumright, OK, Gary (Vicki) Watts of Drumright, OK and Billie Watts of Scranton, PA; step-son, Dannie (Starla) Stutzman of Eufaula, OK; step-daughter, Janice Cooper of Mountain Home, AR and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Frank and Bud Watts.
