A Celebration of Life for Audry Joann DeWeese of Mountain Home, Arkansas, will be 10:00 am, Monday, November 17, 2014, at Redeemer Lutheran Church, with Pastor John Easterling officiating.
Audry passed away November 13, 2014, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 82. She was born November 9, 1932, in Mason County, Illinois, the daughter of Thomas and Ruby Waterworth Blessman. She married Leo DeWeese in 1952, at Peoria and worked as a secretary. Audry lived in Mountain Home since 1998, moving from Chicago, Illinois. She was a member of the Redeemer Lutheran Church and the Moose Lodge. She was a master gardener.
Audry is survived by her three sons, Gregory DeWeese of Chicago, IL, Bradley (Laura) DeWeese of Mountain Home, AR and Rodney DeWeese of Mountain Home, AR; three grandchildren, Michael DeWeese of Chicago, IL, Greg DeWeese of Chicago, IL and Bradley DeWeese of Mountain Home, AR and sister, Dena Tracy of Pekin, IL.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; brother, James Blessman, sisters, Margie, Peggy and Evelyn and great-grandchild, Jody DeWeese.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of the Ozarks Hospice House or the Mountain Home Christian Clinic.
Arrangements are by Kirby and Family Funeral and Cremation Services.
