Lot Exchange Program

If you own cemetery property anywhere in the United States, you can exchange it for cemetery property here in the Twin Lakes Area.

Being Prepared Is A Good Feeling

Remember the students who studied for their tests, and the bride who carefully planned a beautiful wedding. Remember seeing that dream house take shape, or a business grow, or finding a good place to retire. By preparing yourself and your family for life's expected events, you create a more certain future for those you love.

Many people prearrange their funerals to eliminate painful decisions that their family would inevitably face.Yet, many times, plans need to be changed.

Perhaps you chose your cemetery and funeral director at another time in your life - and now you need to adjust those plans. Kirby & Family understands this need.

Lot Exchange Program

Kirby & Family has participated in the International Cemetery and Funeral Association's (formerly American Cemetery Association) Lot Exchange Program since 1980.

Our lot exchange program allows you to exchange cemetery property you already own for property within Kirby's Tucker Memorial Cemetery. That includes exchanging mausoleum crypts or niches.

If you own cemetery property anywhere in the United States, you can exchange it for cemetery property here in the Twin Lakes Area.

Kirby & Family Funeral & Cremation Services will, in addition, give full credit for burial insurance policies and prepaid funeral plans regardless of where the policy or plan originated.

There are five sections in Kirby's Tucker Memorial Cemetery: Veterans, Masonic, Catholic, General, and Granite Garden (special area for upright monuments).
