This is a letter of compliment for Heather Marsalis. Earlier this month, my mother-in-law, Patricia Plahm passed away. Mrs. Plahm's funeral arrangements were handled by Kirby & Family at the Bull Shoals facility. Ms. Heather Marsalis handled all the arrangements. I found her to be very competent at her job, kind, caring, warm, and friendly with not only the deceased's family, but also with the mourners who came to the wake and funeral Mass at Saint Peters. I would like to recall to you all the nice things she did but they are too numerous.

Ms. Marsalis is definitely a credit to your business. I have been an attorney for over thirty years. As such, I have had dealings with people in white collar jobs, manufacturing and service industries. Ms. Marsalis' service to all those involved in the passing of Mrs. Plahm is unparaleled. We are grateful for the attention and care you showed us as we planned for my Mom's wake and funeral, as we greeted their friends and colleagues at the visitation and as we celebrated her life at her funeral mass. Dear Heather, Thank you so much for calling upon me to play the bagpipes at the Memorial Service for Mr. Richter last Saturday morning, I hope that you and the Family were satisfied with my services.
